Return Policy

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a refund, subject to the following conditions:

  • Products must be unused and in their original condition.
  • Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value.
  • To initiate a return, email us at adorablelightnings@gmail.com with your name, mobile number, and order number. We will arrange a reverse pick-up if available in your location.
  • Return products must include their original packaging, including price tags, barcodes, labels, user manuals, and invoices.
  • If reverse pick-up is unavailable in your area, you must ship the product back to us in its original packaging. Ensure proper packing to avoid damage during transit. Shipping costs for such returns will not be reimbursed.
  • Returned items will be verified to confirm their eligibility for a refund. Items returned in a damaged condition will not be refunded.
  • Refunds will be processed within 2-4 business days once the product is received and verified at our warehouse.

Exchange Policy

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will replace it without question. Exchanges can also be requested within 48 hours of receipt if you are unsatisfied with the product.

  • Once the returned product is received and verified, the replacement will be dispatched within 24-72 hours.

Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed. However, you may modify your order for products of the same or higher value within 24 hours, provided the order has not been shipped.
